The documentation process of the admission procedure is complete with the submission of the following documents. Each class level has specific requirements — follow the checklist below.

- Latest passport size photographs – 2 copies
Original verification required at school counter
📚 Classes 2nd – 9th

- Report card of previous class
- Latest passport size photographs – 3 copies
- Self-attested aadhaar card photocopy
- Self-attested photocopy of birth certificate
TC must be from recognized board / countersigned if outside CBSE
⚡ Class 10th

- TC/SLC original (Duly countersigned for non-CBSE student)
- Report card class 9th with PSA result
- CBSE registration slip of class 9th
- Affidavit (reason to change school)
- Old residence proof, new residence proof / job transfer proof
- Latest passport size photographs – 3 copies
- Self-attested aadhaar card photocopy
Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (₹10/₹100 as per state rules)
🎯 Class 12th

- TC/SLC original (Duly countersigned for non-CBSE student)
- Character Certificate
- 10th class report card photocopy
- CBSE registration slip of class 11th
- Affidavit (Reason to change school)
- Latest passport size photographs – 3 copies
- Self-attested aadhaar card photocopy (recommended)
Character certificate from previous institution’s principal mandatory
